Mevena graduated with a Bachelor of Laws & Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from UNSW and has been admitted as a legal practitioner since June 2021. Mevena is well versed with all aspects of employment law including with respect to whistleblowing, terminations, workplace health and safety, discrimination, payroll compliance, executive contracts, directors’ duties, employment litigation, transfers of employment, industrial instruments, restraints of trade and workplace investigations. She has a depth of experience assisting clients across a broad range of industries to navigate complex employment law issues. Prior to joining Workdynamic, Mevena was a Solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer for over 4.5 years.
