Lauren is a Principal, Director and co-founder of Workdynamic Australia with over 20 years of experience in all areas of employment law. Lauren is a recognised specialist in conducting workplace investigations, and advising employers on managing and resolving employee grievances and disputes.
Lauren specialises in advising on workplace misconduct, and has extensive experience investigating sensitive workplace investigations of a complex nature. She has conducted hundreds of investigations and cultural reviews into allegations of sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination corruption, public interest disclosures, claims of reportable conduct, financial irregularities and other forms of misconduct.
Lauren is focussed on delivering commercially astute outcomes, and advised on the full spectrum of employment issues, including drafting contracts of employment, industrial instruments and policies, advising on termination of employment, negotiating disputes, conducting mediations and advising on employee entitlements and transfers of business.
Before co-founding Workdynamic Australia, Lauren worked as an employment lawyer at top-tier firm Herbert Smith Freehills for over a decade.
