Jonathan is a Director and co-founder of Workdynamic Australia with over 20 years of employment law experience.
Jonathan is a recognised expert in employment law and industrial relations in both the private and public sectors, with extensive experience serving as employment legal counsel and industrial relations advisor for major Australian employers. He provides commercial, strategic, and practical guidance on workplace change, disciplinary actions, cultural initiatives, and organisational restructuring.
Jonathan is an experienced litigator who has acted for clients before specialist tribunals, including the Fair Work Commission, the Industrial Relations Commission of New South Wales, and the Australian Human Rights Commission. He has also appeared as an advocate in Courts across State and Federal jurisdictions.
Jonathan’s investigations expertise includes investigations into allegations of bullying and harassment, adverse action, discrimination, sexual harassment, victimisation, poor performance, misconduct, and fraud.
Jonathan delivers practical solutions to complex legal challenges. He has successfully guided clients through high-profile public inquiries involving corruption and fraud, negotiates and reviews enterprise agreements for employers, develops and reviews policies, and advises on workplace practices in relation to relevant industrial awards, legislation, and regulatory requirements. Jonathan’s understanding of managing employment issues allows businesses to achieve the best commercial outcome.
Prior to founding Workdynamic Australia, Jonathan worked as an employment law specialist at Minter Ellison Lawyers.
