Anna has been with Workdynamic since 2019, initially in the role of Senior Associate, being promoted to Executive Counsel in 2024. Anna is an experienced lawyer who has specialised in employment law, industrial relations and workplace investigations since her admission to legal practice in 2011. Anna has successfully assisted clients to navigate a broad range of industrial and employment issues including unfair dismissals, discrimination claims, adverse action, workplace investigations, disciplinary proceedings, restraint of trade, professional registration disputes and various contract issues. Anna has conducted numerous investigations and is often sought after by clients to carry out complex investigations into allegations of bullying and discrimination, sexual harassment, serious misconduct and public interest disclosures.

With more than a decade of post qualification experience, Maria’s experience spans all areas of employment law, including advising employers during enterprise agreement negotiations, representing employers during litigation, facilitating mediation discussions, and conducting workplace investigations both in the private and public sector. Before commencing at Workdynamic Australia, Maria worked as an Employment Counsel at the ABC.

Lisa has assisted clients in all aspects of employment law including unfair dismissal and general protections applications, employment contracts, employee performance management, termination of employment (including redundancy and post-termination restraints), modern award and enterprise agreement compliance, sexual harassment, discrimination, workplace investigations, Fair Work Ombudsman prosecutions and underpayment of wage claims.
The most important element to Lisa’s practice is her ability to provide clear legal advice and commercial solutions to her clients.

Dru’s prior experience has proven invaluable in her adaptability and ability to resolve complex problems. Her mature approach has been evident when completing investigations into allegations of sexual misconduct, bullying and harassment, academic misconduct and inappropriate misconduct.
