Ena has 15 years’ experience in all aspects of employment, industrial relations and discrimination law. She acts for and advises a broad range of clients, including employers in the education, health, hospitality, insurance, construction, retail and logistics industries.

Ena provides strategic and proactive advice to clients with a focus on early dispute resolution and minimising legal risk. Ena regularly conducts workplace investigations and training for senior executives, managers, and employees on all aspects of workplace behaviour. Ena is adept in carrying out investigations into allegations of bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, fraud, and other forms of misconduct.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Ena holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in Employment and Labour Relations Law from the University of Melbourne.

She is admitted as a Legal Practitioner in the State of Victoria and the High Court of Australia and holds a current practising certificate.
